Radiate Pilates is a mindful movement studio led by instructor Erin Gaugh, offering personalized Pilates experiences designed to strengthen, restore, and support whole‑body alignment. Erin blends classical and contemporary Pilates to create sessions that meet every client where they are—whether building core strength, improving mobility, easing pain, or deepening their practice.

RESPITE, RELAXATION AND REJUVENATION

The Pilates exercise method was developed in the early 20th century in Germany by a man named, Joseph Pilates.  Originally termed, Contrology, Pilates aimed to create a whole-body transformation utilizing the six Pilates principles of: centering, concentration, control, precision, breathing and flow.

Created for all levels of participants, this class is specially designed to incorporate gentle Pilates exercises and fascia releasing methods to both strengthen and restore the body as well as bring peace of mind.  This low impact, mind-body class focuses on improving flexibility, increasing mobility, stability, and balance, and mental well-being.  This class may incorporate tools such as the foam roller, Pilates Ring, toning balls, resistance bands, and fitness balls.  Restore your heart, soul, mind, and strength today.
